  • We take AHCCCS, plans under Arizona Complete Health and Banner University are accepted.

  • We are contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Give us call to find out if you have a co-pay, co-insurance, or are covered at 100% for services.

  • We are contracted with Tri Care and are ready to help you. Please have a referral on hand when requesting services.
